Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath delivered a strong message at an election rally in Ghazipur, stating that anyone who harasses women and businessmen in the state will face "yamraaj" (the Hindu god of death).

At the rally, Adityanath emphasized that gangsters who once defied the law are now being crushed by the state's bulldozers. He asserted that security and the rule of law are essential for good governance.

"No one can play with the safety of daughters and businessmen. If anyone tries to do so, 'yamraaj' will be found waiting for that person at the next crossroads," Adityanath declared.

He also addressed the UP government's controversial demolition of properties belonging to alleged criminals, which has drawn criticism for allegedly targeting Muslims. However, Adityanath remained firm, stating, "We are devotees of Lord Ram and we will not breathe easy till we eliminate sinners."

Referring to the late gangster-politician Mukhtar Ansari, Adityanath dismissed claims that Ansari was from Brigadier Usman's family, calling it a "blatant lie." Brigadier Mohammad Usman, a hero of the 1947-48 Indo-Pak war, was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra for bravery.

Adityanath highlighted the achievements under BJP rule, including the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, enhanced national security, and widespread development projects such as highways, airports, railways, and water supply in homes.

He criticized the Congress and Samajwadi Party, accusing them of promoting terrorism, endangering safety, and creating an atmosphere of fear and terror.
