In a strong statement against dynastic politics, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday emphasized the need to root out political nepotism to protect India’s democratic and social integrity. Speaking from Lucknow, the CM warned that dynastic systems promote caste divisions and weaken the nation’s unity.

“Dynastic politics promotes nepotism and caste-based divisions, weakening the social fabric of the country. We must ensure that the historical mistakes that once led to India’s subjugation are not repeated. To prevent such recurrence, it is essential to end dynastic politics,” said CM Yogi.

He highlighted the importance of creating a leadership pipeline that empowers women, citing the government’s ongoing initiatives. “Women must be empowered through leadership opportunities. From the Nari Matri Vandana program to Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, and the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, several initiatives have been launched,” he said.
