Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has reaffirmed her commitment to fulfilling the promises made in her party's manifesto, assuring that the upcoming Delhi budget will cater to the expectations of the people. Speaking on Wednesday, Gupta emphasized direct engagement with Delhi’s residents, particularly women, youth, and professionals, to understand their needs and expectations from the government.
"I will go and meet sisters and families in slum areas, I will talk to them regarding the expectations they have from this government. Discussions will be held with youths and professionals from different sectors," Gupta stated, underlining her government’s focus on public outreach.

The CM also reiterated her commitment to major welfare schemes, including the ₹2,500 monthly assistance for women and subsidized LPG cylinders, assuring that every promise made in the manifesto will be fulfilled. Taking a dig at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), she asserted, "Nobody has to remind us that our agenda will carry on, not theirs."
