BJP MP Anurag Thakur said that an eight-member NDA delegation is visiting Coimbatore to understand the circumstances surrounding the recent tragic incident.
Speaking to reporters, Thakur said, “We haven’t met the Finance Minister yet. This is an eight-member NDA delegation... We are visiting to meet the local people, administration members and officials to understand what happened that day, prepare a report for our National President and also meet the families who have lost their loved ones.”
The delegation aims to assess the situation on the ground, gather information from officials, and ensure that the victims’ families receive attention and support. Thakur emphasized that the report prepared by the team would be submitted to the National President of the party to guide further action.
